General terms
➥ When you contacting me, make sure to submit references.
➥ if you do not have it, please make sure to describe what you want and if you have a precise pose send photos. (are preferred)

➥ I draw furry and feral character.
➥ I won't do human, feral nsfw, hard content...
➥ bE SURE all the characters you are wanting are your characters or you have permission to be getting art of them.
➥ I reserve the right to decline your commission if you do not follow the rules.
Payment
➥ I DOn't start drawing before you paid.
➥ If you don't pay within 2 weeks I will cancelled your order.
➥ Payment is only via PayPal and in euro or dollar, I am not responsible for conversion fees.
➥ You may pay under "friends and family".
PROCESS
➥ Ask me if you want to know what is your placement on my queue.
➥ During the process I always send a wip of your order, you're welcome to say to me if you want something changed
➥ You can ask me for wips but don't ask everyday, i have a life and other drawings.
Customer satisfaction
➥ if something is not like you wanted please inform me.
➥ When I send you the complete commission don't ask me any change after it, It will be to late.
➥ If you want a huge change during the commission I can invoice.
➥ please have a clear reference/description to start out with.
copyright/ usage policy
I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
➥ Promote myself with in any place or site.
➥ I can display it anywhere
➥ Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to;
➥ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
➥ You CAN PRINT the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
➥ If you want to promote the art be sure to credit the artist/me.
If you break the law, any rights you have to the design will be removed.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing signatures.
altering the artwork without my consent.
➥ The only art from you that you are allowed to resell is adopts /customs that I state are allowed to be resold. But you still cannot claim the art as your own.
cancelling/refunds
➥ if i refunds it's probably because i can't finish your order. if you are unsatisfied with the product say me at the beginning.
➥ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
➥ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.
➥ If you don't send the money around 2 weeks i can cancelled your commission.
